The 2014 Michigan State University Weed Tour is scheduled for Wednesday, July 2, at the MSU Plant Pathology Field Lab on College Road, north of Jolly Road. Registration and check-in will begin at 8:30 a.m. with coffee, juice and donuts, and the field tour will kick off at 9:30 a.m. The tour will provide ample opportunity to look at research plots and participate in some short field presentations. Participants can compare their favorite corn and soybean herbicide programs to other commercial programs and evaluate the latest weed management strategies. The morning tour ends with lunch.

The afternoon tours begin at 1 p.m. with two concurrent tours: The MSU Horticulture Farm Tour (College Road, south of Jolly Road) that will cover weed control research in horticultural crops, and the Non-GMO Soybean Weed Control Tour at the MSU Plant Pathology Field Lab (College Road, north of Jolly Road).

Pre-registration for the tour is $25 per person which includes a tour booklet and lunch. On-site registration is $35. Register online or complete the registration form and send by mail or fax to:
